Finally the club are beginning to listen...

I contacted Mssrs Gold & Sullivan towards the tail end of last year with the following demands:-
If you truly want to win back your increasingly alienated fan base you will implement the following three actions:-
1. Publicly apologise for the 'snatch squad' stewarding and reinstate the supporters who have been disgracefully banned.
2. Establish standing areas in the ground in order to alleviate the frustration caused by the current co-mingling of traditional standing and sitting supporters in many areas of the ground.
3. Host a February fun day at the stadium with inflatables, face painting, and music and video on the iconic screens.
I'm delighted to say that they have today indicated that the first of my demands will be met. See if you can guess which one.

Dear Isaac,
Thank you for your loyal and faithful support throughout 2016! It has been a momentous year for West Ham United and we can’t thank you enough for being part of the journey.
One of the many initiatives our Founders can look forward to in 2017 as a reward for their support, will be a free Family Fun Day at London Stadium on Wednesday 15 February, which will include the opportunity to see Slaven Bilic putting his squad through their paces ahead of this season’s climax.
FEBRUARY FUN
Supporters will be able to watch Dimitri Payet, Mark Noble, Andy Carroll and the team preparing for big matches against Watford and Chelsea on the London Stadium pitch, whilst also enjoying music, videos and entertainment on the giant screens.
As well as action on the pitch, there will be plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained, including a Fan Zone, inflatable activities, face-painting and a penalty shoot-out competition hosted on London Stadium’s Community pitch.
After training has finished, we will also be looking for all young supporters present to join Slaven and the first team squad pitchside to participate in a very special team photo for 2017.
THE DETAILS
As a Season Ticket Holder, we are delighted to give you two weeks' priority access to tickets, until Tuesday 17 January, for the free Family Fun Day event. To secure a place at this special event, please click here. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and full details will be issued to those attending ahead of the day.
This is just one of many initiatives that we will be introducing during the second half of our founding season at London Stadium and we hope that you are able to join us for a very special day.
